Certificate holders.  Traditionally these wonderful certificate holders were given when a baby was born or Christened. Ornate glass tube with cap ends in decorative pewter. Unscrew 1 end and slide in the certificate. They can be set on a shelf, hung by its chain on a wall, or even hung from a Christmas tree branch.   The glass is etched with Baby.
