The Mail department is another busy place for the elves.  Sorting and organizing all the letter, emails, text, and social media requests.  These request must then be cross indexed for all the other departments.  Item request going to the creative team, fulfillment department,  geographical location division, and wish-givers group… and so on. This requires the most organized of all the Elves.
